Bookable between <b>May 1 and September 15.</b>
If the water is too low the tour will be changed to Canyoning "Almbachklamm" or Rafting "Panorama".
Weather:
Rafting tours can usually take place in any kind of weather, rain or shine. For safety reasons, the tour can be rescheduled or canceled entirely due to high waters or thunderstorms.
Duration:
The total time required is about half a day. Expect 3-4 hours including transfer, equipment and training. The pure white water time is approx. 1.5 hours.
Location:
The meeting point is Stegenwald near Werfen, there is a short stop for equipment and changing. Then the journey to Eschenau to the entry point into the water follows. The rafting exit point is at the Goldegger car park, this is where the rafters arrive with their boats. The river section between Eschenau and Schwarzach der Salzach will be used.
Price information:
The price is valid for one person.
Group size:
A maximum of 40 people can raft at the same time. Larger groups must be divided into a maximum of 40 people each morning and afternoon.
Equipment / clothing:
Swimwear and towel - the rest will be provided.
