How do I schedule my adventure activity?

Once you have activated your gift voucher, please be sure to inform yourself of the available dates and times of your specific adventure activity from the respective outdoor professionals. Since most of our adventure activities take place outdoors, they are indeed weather-dependant. ATTENTION: there are also certain seasonal restrictions – rafting does not take place in winter because it is too cold.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booked activity?

Booked adventure activities may be rescheduled or cancelled only with permission of the respective outdoor professional. Cancellations are listed in our AGB (terms and conditions).

What happens if our scheduled adventure activity is cancelled due to bad weather?

Our outdoor professionals may cancel booked activities on very short notice due to bad weather. The decision to cancel an activity because of bad weather is up to each outdoor profesional. If your adventure activity is cancelled because of weather conditions, you will have the possibility to reschedule your planned activity at no extra cost or get your money refunded. Compensation for any additional expenses will not be covered.

Please check the weather conditions with your outdoor specialist a day prior to your scheduled activity!
