How do I get my preferred date?
Please contact our service partners directly after activating your voucher and receiving their contact details for available dates. Most of our adventures naturally take place outdoors and are weather-dependent. NOTE: There may also be seasonal restrictions – rafting in winter would be too cold.
Can I reschedule or cancel booked dates?
Already booked dates can only be reschedule or canceled in consultation with the adventure organizer. The conditions for this are set out in the organizer's terms and conditions.
What happens if the adventure has to be canceled at short notice due to bad weather?
The organizer can cancel the adventure at short notice due to bad weather conditions if it is not possible to conduct the adventure safely.
The decision is made solely by the organizer! If the adventure must be canceled, you have the option of arranging a new date free of charge or you will receive a refund from us. We cannot reimburse any additional expenses.
