All orders for vouchers and tickets can generally only be paid online (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Sofortüberweisung): The voucher is valid immediately and can be used immediately. Upon request, we also offer payment by invoice. In this case, the invoice amount must be transferred within one week of receiving the invoice. Vouchers are only valid after full payment has been received.
How long does it usually take to receive the voucher?
You will receive the digital, printable voucher (PDF) by email within a few minutes of ordering. If you have chosen a wooden voucher option, shipping will take 2-7 days.
