Experience an exciting day on the water! Our classic when it comes to fun, action and variety on the water.
After a professional introduction to paddling on the beach and the explanation of the safety aspects, we start a varied program on the water.
Entertainment and dynamic, varied tasks are waiting for you. The day of action is the right one for your team or group. Experience the element of water in connection with nature and adventure on the Stand Up Paddle Board!

Physical requirements:
- For a SUP course you only need swimming skills
- simple balance skills
- Stand up paddling is possible from the age of 14, or with the consent of the parent or guardian
Important Information:
Program suggestion:
- Meeting point at the agreed lake and getting to know each other
- Brief introduction to the world of Stand Up Paddling
- Warming up together on the beach
- Explanation of safety aspects (wind, water, weather, ...)
- SUP basics and get on the board safely for now
- various paddle strokes and maneuvers on the Stand Up Paddle Board
- dynamic & exciting tricks on the SUP
- Fun balance and group exercises on the board (step over from a board
to the next, running back and forth on the boards, forming a giant SUP bridge, and much more.)
- Relay competition, catching game on the SUP ́s, group dynamic exercises, and much more.
- Alternatively, GPS tour, treasure hunt, photo shoot tour or according to your own individual needs

Weather:
You can Stand Up Paddle in almost any weather. In case of strong rain, wind or thunderstorm the SUP tour will be canceled or rescheduled. This is decided by the organizer.

approx. 2 to 3 hours, depending on the program
Location:
Fuschlsee, Mondsee, Attersee or other lakes possible on request!

- The price is valid per person
- excl. location fee, entrance fee, bathing beach
Group size:
- from 3 people up to approx. 40 people possible
