The SUP private lesson is for everyone who likes personal care. Whether beginner or advanced - here you can learn the stand up paddle techniques at your own pace. Your SUP teacher will be at your disposal for an hour: introduction, refining technology, important tips and tricks, an elegant paddle change or SUP for experts. Everything is possible during a personal SUP training, it is individually tailored to your needs.

Physical requirements:
- No matter if you are a beginner or advanced, the private lesson is always the best
- For a SUP course you only need swimming skills
- Stand up paddling is possible from the age of 14, or with the consent of the parent or guardian.

Weather:
You can Stand Up Paddle in almost any weather. In case of strong rain, wind or thunderstorm the SUP tour will be canceled or rescheduled. This is decided by the organizer.
