- For a SUP course you only need swimming skills

- Meeting point at the agreed spot
- “Welcome” the bride or groom
- Brief introduction to the world of Stand Up Paddling
- Warm up together on the beach
- dynamic & fun tricks on the SUP
- fun exercises and tasks for the bride/groom
- Fun balance and group exercises on the board (step over from a board
to the next, running back and forth on the boards, forming a giant SUP bridge, and much more.) - Joint SUP tour to a cool spot on the lake (drinks & snacks on the beach
or on the SUP) - Followed by a further program with food or drinks if desired
Weather:
You can Stand Up Paddle in almost any weather. In case of strong rain, wind or thunderstorm the SUP tour will be canceled or rescheduled. This is decided by the organizer.
