Compact via ferrata weekend for enthusiasts. The adventure begins in Schönau am Königssee, and the first day leads us through the diverse Grünstein via ferrata, which features deep views of Lake Königssee and an exciting suspension bridge—Watzmann views included. On the second day, we move the action to Lake Mondsee. The famous Drachenwand is a magnet for via ferrata fans from all over the world and offers spectacular views. It challenges us in the Grade C range but rewards us with an incomparable panorama. Both days include professional coaching by a state-certified mountain guide as well as cozy breaks in local inns.

Requirements: Sure-footedness is required for the steep walking terrain during the descent.

Equipment / clothing:
Please bring: Mountain boots, a backpack (25–30 l), Gore-Tex and insulation jacket, functional shirt, change of clothes, beanie, sunglasses, sunscreen, gloves, at least 1.5 l of drinks, snacks, a first-aid kit, blister pads, and personal medication
